Cats are pioneers on the time sharing concept.
Cat A will sleep on the apple tree in the morning and later Cat B will take over the tree in the afternoon.
We do not know how this is done but cats seem to magically worked out ways to live together and share their property (including you).

  Keep your cat cool and occupied during warm weather by putting a few ice cubes into his water bowl. Some felines just love pawing at the ice cubes while they drink

Never give your cat a low fat cat food.

Fat helps to keep your cat’s coat and skin healthy. Fat also gives your cat energy.

The only thing to remember is not to give him too much. Be moderate.

Some people are a Dog person and some are a Cat person.
Dogs are a favorite as they are known for being faithful, obedient and a good companion.
However, I would prefer a cat's purring than a dog's thump of the tail on any day. Cats are mysterious creatures, something of a challenge to understand. As every cat owners know, nobody owns a cat!
Before you can live with a cat, you'll need to know what makes a cat tick. Cats are dignified creatures, who craves human companionship. They do not drool with delight or shower you with a heavy lick of the tongue. They just come and sit on your lap, regardless of what you are doing and reward you with a purr.. :)

I love best to look at how a cat spends it's day. It just doesn't care about your timetable. It lives in the present, not caring about the yesterdays. :) It sleeps when it's tired.. always at the best spot in the house (near to a window and where's the sunlight shines in.) It just doesn't care if it's in the middle of the path. You have to do a U turn instead to avoid stepping on it. You will not win any contest with it.

Cats like to be alone from time to time. That's one of the lesson that we have to learn very early. They do not stick to people like Velcro. They do not like to be put in a cage or to be held all the time. It is vital for a cat to recharge and they do not have to report anything to you. It will come and join you only when it''s ready.

Cats are straightforward and candid creatures. If they want something at that time, they just ask you for it. Example, if suddenly they feel hungry, they just don't care if you are sleeping . They will climb over you keep on meowing , pestering, clawing until you just give up sleeping and wake up just to open a cat's food for it.
There is just no snooze button on a cat that wants breakfast.
