Hockneyizer: Create a unique photo collage ala David Hockney.
Create a unique collage from a single photograph. Choose one of two styles: a joiner style image without frames or an image created from simulated Polaroids. Every generated image is unique. This toy was inspired by the photo collages of the artist David Hockney.

 GIMP's function is almost the same as Photoshop. This website is to help users of 'GIMP' by giving video tutorials & tips to further enhance your skills in creating articles and special effects.

Anyone can post in a tutorial here. The site has been constructed exactly like DIGG, where every tutorial has a rating and comments.
Overall: Cat would give it a 4 /5 as usually cat does have a hard time understanding tutorials but this one is easy to follow :)
